After a quick sail from Isla Margarita

here we are in La Blanquilla again,

but this time we're here

for work, not play

(well, not all work)

we are glad to see the bay

still as beautiful

as ever

Naga anchored in
Americano Bay
(nobody here but us!!!)

The mainsail on Naga is 19 years old, and the old warhorse was more than ready for an overhaul. The best location we could find to do this work was the abandoned house on Americano Bay. Hauling the sewing machine, the generator, tools, new cloth and mainsail from the boat to the house took up an entire day. Patching, reinforcing and restitching the heavy monster was another six days of work.
