This sexy Columbian greeted us at the resort town of Rodadero. He sold cocktails and fresh fruit juces from the cart he pushed along the beach. |

One of the treasures we found
in Columbia were molas. These are hand sewn fabric masterpieces
using a sort of reverse appliqué technique. Chrissi bought
several dozen molas, and sewed them onto her designer bags.
The bags sold like hotcakes, and she turned a phenomenal profit! |
